
Vawraek Technology Inc. announced the release of Update 10.22.25 for The Quinfall via their Discord. It appears to be mostly related to some class changes / class skills. You can take a peek at their official message on their Discord, here.
At a glance, I can tell that the class I main (Life Staff) has received a bit of a nerf. I’m hopeful this doesn’t impact Kilen and my ability to dou dungeon runs. We are still in the earlier stages of higher levels.
Looking over the changes, it appears as though it might actually help us as the Protective Blessing cool down was lowered a great deal, while the duration was only slightly decreased. So instead of 50-ish seconds of duration, it will have 30-ish, but it can be reapplied every 25 seconds, as opposed to every 100 seconds. It sounds promising at least.
I suspect, Kilen and I will be able to see the impact sometime over this upcoming weekend. I’m not too quick to judge, and I’m hopeful the changes might actually be a bit beneficial over all in the grand scheme of the dungeon runs we make. Our gear has had considerable improvements as of late. Kilen’s gear actually significantly so more than my own as he was trapped in level 50 starter gear for some time.
I would like to add, that The Quinfall is the first game in a VERY long time, I’ve made effort to play on a daily basis. I wake up earlier enough to get in a bit of time on the game before my work day starts. For me that speaks worlds of just how much I’m enjoying a game. I know the grind it brings isn’t for just any type of gamer out there, but the community and ability to watch it evolve has truly been a remarkable experience for this aging Hobbit to say the very least.

- Staff: The total damage of the Meteor Strike skill has been increased from 450% to 550%.,
- Staff: The cooldown of Meteor Strike has been reduced from 100 seconds to 85 seconds.,
- Life Staff: The cooldown of Protective Blessing has been reduced from 100 seconds to 25 seconds.,
- Life Staff: The duration of Protective Blessing has been reduced from 40 seconds to 25 seconds. The passive duration bonus has been reduced from 10 seconds to 5 seconds.,
- Sword: The duration of Target Deflection has been reduced from 3 seconds to 1.5 seconds.,
- Sword: The duration of Target Deflection’s 3rd Passive Effect has been reduced from 3 seconds to 1.5 seconds.,
- Sword: The cooldown of Target Deflection has been reduced from 40 seconds to 25 seconds.,
- Dual Axe: The total damage of the Destruction Wave skill has been increased from 380% to 550%.,
- Dual Axe: The total damage of the Rage Chaos skill has been increased from 450% to 550%.,
- Dual Axe: The total damage of the Axe Strike skill has been increased from 205% to 300%.,
- Dual Dagger: The cooldown of the Invisibility skill has been increased from 15 seconds to 30 seconds.,
- Warhammer: The cooldown of the Battle Roar skill has been reduced from 120 seconds to 60 seconds.,
- Warhammer: The duration of Battle Roar has been reduced from 60 seconds to 10 seconds.,
- Warhammer: The 2nd Passive Effect of Battle Roar has been reduced from 20 to 10.,
- Warhammer: The movement speed bonus of Mighty Ground Slam has been reduced from 15% to 10%.,
