Quite a bit has come to fruition since my last post about Raid Shadow Legends. The Live Arena for Raid has been active since Update 7.00 which dropped on 03/04/2023 for a Beta run, followed up shortly after with the addition to the game. My personal opinion on it thus far? I think it is fantastic. Facing players in a live match, has been quite a bit of fun for me. It’s challenging! It’s fun! It’s adrenaline! It’s been one of my favorite additions to the game in some time! Live Arena has been felt with a mix of love and hate since it’s release, as the whales move their way up the later into higher tiers. I can certainly understand the frustration of players, especially those with a limited selection of champs to play with. My account is certainly not that of a whale, although it has been blessed with some very nice champs along my journey. I used to purchase the Daily Gem pack quite often, and I did partake of the first and only Battle Pass Plarium did, but other than that and a few smaller purchases here and there, I haven’t really spent a lot over the years. I stopped spending entirely some time ago, because I never felt like I was gaining any ground in terms of resources. I came to Raid Shadow Legends from Summoners War (A game I’ll likely always hold dear), and the addition of Live Arena reminds me very much of the Real Time Arena in SW. You can learn a lot about gameplay from actively playing against players, whether the outcome is win or loss! The only complaints that come to mind for me at this time concerning Live Arena are the restrictions of time in which you can participate, and the low number of fights you can participate in per reset time. I hope to see far more Raid Shadow Legends Content Creators actually streaming or making videos of their Live Arena battles soon!
