Iron Gate AB announced the release of patch 0.220.4 for Valheim via their Discord today. I also noted mention of the patch on their Steam site as well. It is a fairly small patch, just a bit of fixes that appear to be related (or somewhat) to some reports from the PTB. You can take a look at the official patch message on their website, here.
Falken and Iron were hitting up Valheim fairly regularly for a bit, but Iron seems to be a bit MIA of sorts, and Falken has moved on to some 7 Days to Die last I checked.

Just a small patch of fixes for you today, thanks for testing on the PTB!
Patch Notes:
* Fix a crash on Xbox that could occur when entering suspend mode while playing online multiplayer
* Fix memory leak for HUDs of dead enemies
* Moved pause menu back to where it originally was
* Fix two cases of log spam for server hosts related to block and permitted lists
* It’s now possible to hide boss and death markers via controller again
