Oh, wow, Steam Autumn Sale already!? I have to be the first to admit, this sale kind of caught me off guard. I usually keep a look out for Steam Seasonal Sales. I was completely unaware of the start of this sale. I mean it’s happened before, of course. I would have still been in the dark, had I not noted some spam in my email that looked a loot like pricing that you would normally see in a Steam Seasonal Sale. I went into Steam to see if the sale was active there as well, and BAM! Steam Autumn Sale 2024!
I’ll also have to admit, I’m not quite as hyped as I would normally be during a Steam Seasonal Sale either. I actually have quite a few games I haven’t played yet from the last Seasonal Sale. This asides from the fact that I currently have Outward Definitive Edition and World of Warcraft game schedules during my game play sessions. Those two games have my plate of gaming quite full these days. That, my friends, is certainly not a complaint! I’ve really been enjoying both games immensely! Even still, I’m at least likely to browse through the sale at various points to see what I might be able to snag for an incredible price. I did note several on the main page that were ‘not quite’ up to par for a Seasonal Sale, but you run into those in almost every sale at some point. It doesn’t help that the prices on games have semi-sky rocketed either. I mean sure 50% off a $60 game sounds like a decent deal, but… it’s still $30 on a game that was probably only worth $30 to most people to begin with! In any case, if you are up for some new titles, now and the Winter Steam Seasonal Sale would certainly be a good time to seek those out!
