Raid Shadow Legends has dropped update v6.00 today, with the introduction of Champion Awakening on the table. In truth, I have mixed emotions about it currently. The level of depth for Champion progression is already quite extensive, and introduction to several gear sets have already been quite disruptive to Arena and Tag Team alike. I’m fearful this could raise the bar even higher in terms of numerous PVP aspects of the game.
The concept could certainly allow for much less of the cookie cutter builds that seem to plague all the games of this genre. However, in most cases players tend to copy cat the builds that are projected to do the best, and I suspect that the ‘Blessing Aspect’ of this update will likely end up being no different from the current status quo.
