The Rise of the Phoenix Season will be coming to a close. For those grinding their way through this event, you’ll want to wrap it up and collect those rewards before it comes to a close. This was the first seasons I was somewhat active in the game, and truth be told, I’m not overly impressed with my progress through the event. Fortunately, I didn’t purchase the season pass this time around, so I’m not particularly out anything. I have no qualms supporting games I enjoy playing, albeit, I don’t go crazy with spending either. In this particular case, I didn’t spend because I started into the season later, and didn’t know if I’d have time to complete it before it ended. This was coupled with the fact that I kept seeing messages about the rewards being very underwhelming in comparison to Season passes of the past. I’ll keep an eye on the community opinions and see if upcoming Season passes have at least the value I’m looking for in events. I will say, the Phoenix Force card looked pretty nice to me, but this time around it just wasn’t yet ‘in the cards for me’.
