I fell behind on the Hobbit Plays posts, but over all the last few weekends have been jammed pack with Red Dead Online and a bit of Stardew Valley on Sunday evenings. I’ve been enjoying the gameplay on both fronts, and in truth, I’m looking forward to more of RDO and Stardew Valley as well! Currently we have a total of 4 people playing RDO on a fairly regular basis, and it is certainly a game that is more fun with friends. Especially when you get a griefer around trying to wreck your game time.

Comments: I’m starting to see some improvements in skill level on this game. I’m still no expert by any means, and much like a fight in real life, there is always someone better out there. That said, I’ve gained some ranks, leveled some roles, got some gear, and made some improvements! RDO has become one of my favorite games as of late. Very happy my son recommended it, and even more so that I decided to plunge into the Wild West with him and our friends!

Comments: While the level of progression has certainly slowed, my wife and I play this game fairly regularly, and the last couple nights (Sunday and Monday evening) we even managed to gain some decent ground. Stardew Valley is certainly a great chill kind of game, and my wife and I are enjoying it quite a bit. We have enough prismatic shards to get our Galaxy Swords, and are just waiting on a good luck day, so we can go directly to the Skull Caverns after we acquire said sword. In the meantime, we woke the sleeping turtle on the island, and are now working towards the 20 Golden Walnuts needed to ‘repair’ our hut there so we can stop having to run back and forth so much!
