Arrowhead Game Studios announced via their Discord server on Monday that the previously mentioned issue with the Redacted Regiment Premium Warbond has been resolved and they expect it to be available after the upcoming patch on Thursday, the 22nd.
I checked their Steam page and looked for any links, but there was nothing official for me to link too concerning the announcement. I guess you’ll just have to take this, Helldiving Hobbit’s word for it.

Redacted Regiment Announcement
Greetings Helldivers,
We were able to resolve the issue with Redacted Regiment and it will soon be available for release! We will have a patch incoming Thursday 22nd January at 11AM CET (4:00 AM) with Redacted Regiment going live at 2PM CET (7:00 AM) also on the 22nd.
