Arrowhead Game Studios posted on their X account today, letting all the Helldivers know the latest Premium Warbond is available: Democratic Detonation. It boasts “3 times the Democracy and 3 times the Detonation!” You can take a peek at the official post here. This is certainly a game that has been on my radar, but in truth we really only have a couple handfuls of decent sessions in for HD2. The playstyle reminds me a bit of Deep Rock Galactic, and I’m definitely hopeful for some more sessions soon. I’ve seen quite a few of our friends hoping in matches. Sadly the 4 person limit can pose issues for our group size now and then, but alas, nothing you can do about that really. I’ve had another friend that lives across the US offer a few sessions to me as well, but it was either during work hours so I couldn’t participate or when I was gaming with my wife, which again, another time I couldn’t participate. For Democracy!
