My favorite game is No Man’s Sky. That said, Deep Rock Galactic has to be in a close second. I love the humor, the mechanics, the game play. Deep Rock Galactic truly is a remarkable game!
In truth, I would play it more often if the gang was up for it more. The last bit of adventure I recall, Eldon, Error, Kilen, and I had a great deal of fun traversing the caverns of space rock as a pretty well balanced group of dwarves! Such great times!

Time to put on your warm and cozy outfits and take in the holiday spirits, because Yuletide 2025 is now live in Deep Rock Galactic!
A new hat, returning missions for for collectibles and more! Hop in and check it out now – the event will run until January 6th 2026 at 13:00 CET. We’ve got more details in the preview post, but here’s a short overview:
- Grab the new Tomten hat by completing a work assignment that has nothing to do with traffic safety.
- Pick up all the previous Yuletide hats that you may have missed out on during former events!
- For those who haven’t yet completed the Yuletide Elf Hunt assignment, you get another chance to complete it and acquire the Pickaxe set: ‘Chillaxe’, Bosco framework: ‘Yuletide Special’ and Elf suit armor + headwear.
- Search for (and deposit) elves for Double Performance Pass Point Bonus.
- Enjoy the wintery decor in the Space Rig! Management strongly urges you not to eat the snow.
