Yeah…? You read that correctly, miners! It looks like Ghost Ship Games is going to do an Ultimate Challenge Invitationals for DRG on on Monday, November 4th at 17:00 CET!? The message came from Management today on the official Discord and their Steam site, which you can read more about, here. (Hobbit glancing over the notes…) Well son of a *censored*. This isn’t Deep Rock Galactic!? It’s Deep Rock Galactic: Survivor!? Never mind miners!? It’s back to the space rocks for us! That is, of course, unless you participate in Deep Rock Galactic: Survivor.
To be fair, I’m certainly not opposed to the concept of more DRG, even if it is in another form. Currently, I don’t have DRG:S myself, and with the slew of games I’m currently participating in, I don’t imagine I’ll have time for it anytime in the near future, per se. In all truth, I’m certainly a fan of these kinds of things. I don’t watch tv, movies, or shows often, but I do sometimes make exceptions for game related things. Unfortunately for me, a lot of these kind of events transpire as I’m in the middle of my work day. It’s entirely possible this event will be taking place as I’m in a meeting. Maybe they’ll record it for those of us unable to make it for the live event? 🙂
