Larian Studios announced the release of a hotfix for Baldur’s Gate 3 today via their Discord. I checked their Steam page and various other sources, but I couldn’t seem to find an official post anywhere else to link too. You’ll just have to take this Hobbit’s word for it I’m afraid, Adventurers!
For me this came as a bit of a surprise as I know they’ve technically ended additional content, patches, etc… for BG3 some time ago. Their comment stated they were still ironing out some bugs here and there.

As it turns out, a few crashes and technical issues were still knocking about, so if you were getting stuck while loading saves, or trying to progress from Act 2 into Act 3, your corrupted saves should now be fixed!
Version numbers are now:
Xbox and PS5: 4.1.1.7143914 PC,
Mac and Steam Deck: 4.1.1.7151330
