
The Indie Stone announced the release of Unstable 42.16.0 for Project Zomboid via their Discord, website, and Steam page today. You can shamble your way over to their website for a look at the official patch message (and instructions on how to play Unstable), here.
As with most things Project Zomboid related (and you’ll note below), there are a slew of changes, balances, fixes, etc… Their devs really put in the work!
Personally, I’ll be happy when some of it comes to live, but I get these things take time. Besides, I’ve been more than capable of occupying myself with some other games while I glance over the possibilities to come.

Unstable 42.16.0
As always it is recommended that you create a new save with no mods after updates. Updates fix bugs and introduce new changes that may not be compatible with any older saves, especially ones older than the last patch.
How do I subscribe to the Unstable beta branch?
Right-click PZ in your Steam library.
Select “Properties”.
Under “Game Version & Betas” select “Unstable”.
IMPORTANT: B42.15 and earlier saves will not be compatible with B42.16+ builds.
If you wish to continue a 42.15 savegame, please select the “outdatedunstable” Steam beta and make a local backup of your game.
