Free Range Games made an announcement today via their Discord. The announcement was a reminder of the Durin’s Folk expansion drop which should hit on Tuesday, Nov. 18th, and the change to get an exclusive preview of game play for the Durin’s Folk expansion later tonight via YouTube. In truth, I haven’t looked too much into the latest expansion coming for RtM. I thought the game was fantastic, but our group has a bit going currently with other games, and I’m doubtful we have the time and/or players available to add anything else to the mix at the now.
That said, I’m hopeful we will give it another run at some point just to give it a fair shake and play. I suspect mostly our attempt was just a victim of availability and scheduling for the most part.
So far as I could tell, we all enjoyed the game. We did have a situation where getting everyone on was a bit of a problem and since we didn’t have a ‘server’ at the time, it left those unable to login when I was on the inability to play in the same world we started together.
