On Wednesday evening, September 10th, Qvaid and I completed our play through of Revenge of the Savage Planet! Not only that, but we did manage to complete it with 100%, scanning everything on all planets including fauna, flora, and tech, and all the Steam achievements for the game!
What started out as a random purchase with a possibility of some game time with Qvaid (my wife), sparked an epic adventure of exploration, humor, tech upgrades, and over all great fun!
Qvaid and I owe a great and heartfelt thanks to, Raccoon Logic Inc for what turned out to be an amazing and fun adventure for the both of us. The game truly is a master piece at least in our eyes. The split screen co-op was done incredibly well, even as fine tuned as allowing each player to dictate which side of the screen their game play would be on.
I’m happy to say, there was certainly not a lack of good humor in the game. Qvaid and I got so many great laughs out of game play in Revenge of the Savage Planet. The space based motif is not normally something Qvaid looks for in a game, but she seemed to thrive in the wonderful worlds created by this remarkably developed game!
The progression, exploration, and sheer adventure offered was truly right up our alley! We loved the game so much in fact, we managed to get 100% completion as I mentioned above. If I’m not mistaken, it’s the first game Qvaid and I have done that on to date. At least together!
If you ever find yourself looking for a great title to play, Qvaid and I would certainly suggest you at least give Revenge of the Savage Planet a look!
Game long my friends, Game hard!
