Qvaid and I completed our run of A Way Out on Wednesday, March 19th, 2025.
The entirety of our run was 7.9 hours based on the hours played on Steam. It was a plethora of ups and downs, hilarious moments, with a great story line, unique co-op interactions, and adventure.
Over all, Qvaid and I both thought the game was fantastic! Save for just one thing. Without attempting to spoil the game for anyone else; I’ll just say she, nor I cared for the ending options. It was the first time, I can recall witnessing the thrill of completing a game be completely stripped from her emotionally.
With that in mind, I would like to add that Qvaid and I both still thoroughly enjoyed A Way Out. It has a great mix of humor, story, action, and the co-op like most Hazelight games is certainly top notch. It is a rather short game in the entirety of hours, but still worth a play through for anyone fond of their other games in the Hazelight Studios brand.
