The Indie Stone announced the release of 42.3.1 Unstable Hotfix for Project Zomboid late in the evening on Wednesday. It’s a very small patch. You can take a look at the official patch message on their Steam website, here. I presume based on how fast it went live though, it might have had a decent impact on the player base at large.
