Chained Together: Completed!

News

In what turned out to be an epic adventure this weekend; Error, Kilen, and I managed to complete a run through a fantastic journey in Chained Together! We certainly had a few frustrating areas in our run, and it wasn’t without some interruptions here and there. We were not going for any kind of record time, and thus we had a spot or so where we took a break with the game still running. That alone would add some decent time to our progress. The game play sessions we had were full of laughter, anxiety, and most of all great fun! I had picked up the game prior to see if Qvaid (my wife) would be interested in the game later down the line. Error (my son) watched a few of his favorite streamers run through the game, and picked it up for a few of our gaming buds. Kilen was up for the challenge and it sparked a weekend of adventure. Ironically, Kilen admitted it was the first game he has completed in quite some time. I was part of that genre myself for some time, until Qvaid and I started our weekly game play adventures. It’s an amazing feeling to complete that first game after such a long lull. For the record, I should add, that it’s not that we don’t have the skill to complete the games, more so just ‘most’ of the games we play these days have no ending. 😉

On another note, I’d like to give kudos to the studio and devs of Chained Together. It was an incredible adventure! Well put together, the graphics for a game of this caliber were very nice, especially considering the performance of the game. They are not anything out of this world, but I believed quite a few areas, especially were beautiful and over all some fantastic work. At least that is the opinion of this humble Hobbit. Happy gaming my friends!
