Trine 4: The Nightmare Prince (Co-Op Gaming)

News

My wife and I completed our play through of Trine 3: The Artifacts of Power during our Tuesday evening gaming session. You can check that out, here, if you like! We were sad to see that adventure end, but excited to start the next adventure in Trine 4: The Nightmare Prince! We loaded it up immediately and started playing that evening. Ironically, we lost track of time, and we were both up a bit later than we had initially anticipated for a Tuesday, but it was totally worth it! Trine 4 goes back to the 2.5D gameplay, where as Trine 3 was 3D. That said, we don’t mind, Trine 3 was great, but there were some moments with our co-op game play that the camera was just wonky with the 3D style in Trine 3. We are certainly looking forward to more Trine 4 gameplay over the course of our next game nights. Generally we play together on Monday and Tuesday evenings. There is an occasional Wednesday here and there as well, but generally speaking, Wednesdays are family night, and we tend to play board games and cards on that night.
